Connection errors, API changes, or order/reconciliation issues on our side qualify for reimbursement.

Agreed test cap

We set a small funding cap together before testing starts — reimbursement never exceeds it.

Not covered

Market and exchange issues

Price volatility, slippage, misconfiguration, KYC limits, rate limits, or outages.

Losses are reimbursed to the tester only up to the agreed amount, and only when caused by an Ionide adapter fault — not market movement, exchange behavior, or any other type of failure.
Currently looking for Bybit, MEXC, HTX, and Bitget testers from non-EU countries where these exchanges declare full support for Spot and Perpetual Futures, both via the user interface and API keys.
