1. What we collect
To create and manage your account we store your email address, a hashed password, and license/usage metadata (plan, exchange adapters enabled, instance activity). Because IONIDE is self-hosted, your exchange API keys and trading data live on your own instance — we don't receive or store them.
2. How we use it
Account data is used to authenticate you, issue and validate your license, and provide support. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Data retention
We retain account and license data for as long as your account is active, or as required to satisfy legal or accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
5. Third parties
We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage, and email delivery) to operate the service. These providers only process data on our behalf and under contract.
