1. The license
IONIDE is distributed as a self-hosted program under an annual, renewable license — not a subscription. Your license entitles you to run one instance of the software, with the exchange adapters included in your plan, for the duration of the license term. Licenses are non-transferable.
2. Payment and renewal
License fees are paid in cryptocurrency at time of purchase or renewal. We don't store payment card details because we don't accept them — all payments are on-chain and final once confirmed. Failing to renew before your license expires may disable access to updates and support for your instance.
3. No investment advice
IONIDE is automation tooling. Nothing in the product, this site, or our communications constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading and arbitrage strategies carry risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for the exchange accounts, API keys, and funds you connect to your instance.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use IONIDE to violate the terms of service of any connected exchange, to circumvent licensing restrictions, or to redistribute the software outside the terms of your license tier.
5. Support and changes
We may update these terms, the software, or supported exchange adapters over time. Material changes to this agreement will be posted here with an updated date above.
